Media agencies are funny little things. Their fondness for the abstract and conceptual often make them difficult to understand. With that in mind, we’ve scratched past beautiful words and explained our services in more detail below.
We typically work on projects that bring together a mixture of our expertise. However, you can certainly hire us to do one specific thing.
Break down. Unravel.
Strategy & Identity
Most agencies lecture strategy. We don’t. We talk about your strategy in the context of your identity. Who are you, really? Where do you want to take your brand? And how would you like to connect these ideas with those messages you share with the outside world? The ability to break down, unravel, and execute, strategic identities is our specialty.
It’s all for the user.
Web & Online
An effective online brand presence requires much more than a website these days. Why? Because your existence only forms part of your brand’s ecosystem. Today, companies must strategically think about design, content, and technology, in order to experience success. Or rather, craft projects with real value. This is a strength of ours. We intrinsically understand all things online; and, as a result, are able to make your brand more noticeable.
Moving images are, without a doubt, the most captivating form of communication. Why? Because motion creates emotion. We excel at transforming these unfixed elements into engaging brand stories; and, more importantly, are constantly pushing their boundaries (by morphing online video and user interaction wherever possible). What’s more, we know how to leverage these viewing experiences and make your digital presence the epicentre of its industry.
Articulate something supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.
Whether you’re creating something new, launching your company online, or campaigning for a cause, it’s important you say the right things. Thankfully, this is one of our passions. We’ve seen how effectively words can get people on board, in line, and ready to act; and, subsequently, dedicated ourselves to the art. We have years of experience curating captivating content and would be happy to share these on your particular project.
The Actual Process
How we work our magic
We love starting our working relationships in person. Coffee, sun, a bit of a view, and an hour or two of your time, allows us to better understand you and your needs. It also allows us to follow up with a quote and recommendation on how to proceed.
This first meeting is always free (and the coffee’s on us).
We need to understand your problem before we can solve it. Before we start crafting, we ensure we’ve fully understood your needs and are in the right frame of mind. A little bit of research, fieldwork, and a workshop, are our most common ways of gaining perspective. Getting things right now saves lots of hours (and lots of money) later in the project.
Production is, well, production. We craft your project and deliver it to your audience. Once we’ve established the project’s goals and both of us are on-board, we begin following through on the plans we’ve agreed on. We always present small increments of progress. Why? Because this enables us to collect real user feedback and ensure everything’s being communicated correctly.
Many agencies are too afraid to ask if their solutions are working. We aren’t. Success stems from a continual evaluation of what is, or isn’t working; and, as a result, we’ll continue to assess your project after delivering it. We have the courage to be honest with ourselves and aren’t afraid to change tactics if they’ll improve results.
Smart decisions are based on insights. Therefore, all good design processes need to continually loop back and forth between evaluation and production. Successful projects are a by-product of agile processes. Not linear ones.
When all is said and done, it’s important to revel in your project. Be proud of what we’ve achieved and success will follow. We’ll always give you our best. Of that there is no doubt. However, your passion ultimately decides the future of our foundations. A little party never killed nobody.
